1. Service Agreement
When you schedule a service with Angelic Floor Care, you agree that:
- All information provided (address, contact details, project details) is accurate.
- You have full permission to allow our team access to the property.
- Areas to be serviced must be cleared of personal items and furniture unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if:
- The condition of the floors is significantly different on arrival
- Additional services are requested
- Hidden damage is discovered (water damage, pet stains, wax buildup, structural issues)
Final pricing will be discussed before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
- We accept cash, card, and approved digital payments.
- Deposits may be required for large projects or special materials.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of future services and legal follow-up.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand plans change.
- Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are free.
- Same-day cancellations may require a fee.
- No-shows may result in a full or partial charge.
Angelic Floor Care reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or emergencies.
5. Service Limitations
While our team uses industry-leading methods for hardwood floor cleaning, floor restoration, screen & recoat, wax removal, buffing, and hardwood refinishing, please note:
- Some stains, deep scratches, and structural damage may not be fully removable.
- Results may vary based on wood type, age, and previous treatments.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or unstable flooring.
We will always inform you of any concerns before beginning work.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide a safe, unobstructed work environment
- Ensure pets and children are away from work areas
- Follow aftercare instructions (drying time, furniture placement, cleaning guidelines)
Damage caused by neglecting aftercare instructions is not the responsibility of Angelic Floor Care.
7. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind our craftsmanship.
If you are dissatisfied with your service:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- We will inspect the issue and determine whether a fix or adjustment is required
Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by misuse, spills, moisture, or improper cleaning products
- Natural wood movement, cupping, or warping due to humidity changes
- Areas affected by prior contractor work or DIY treatments
8. Liability
Angelic Floor Care is not liable for:
- Loss of income due to service delays
- Pre-existing structural or floor damage
- Personal items not removed before service
- Damage caused by improper maintenance after service
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to damage or disrupt the website
- Use content without permission
- Submit false information or spam
